- International flight taxi waiting time maximum 1 Hour 30 Min. After this 400thb charges apply per hour
- Domestic flight taxi waiting time maximum 30 Min. After this 400thb charges apply per hour
- During Hotel Pickup customer should be wait at hotel lobby given time. Maximum waiting time 10 min after this 400thb charges apply per hour
- In case of flight Delay please update on Whatsapp Number
- During Airport or Hotel transfer, if you stop vehicle for any personal reasons, you have to pay 400THB per hour directly to driver.

- Upon successful booking, the customer will receive a confirmation voucher via email and WhatsApp immediately.
100% Refund
- Cancellations made 4 days or more before the activity date are eligible for a full refund.
No Refund
- For cancellations made 3 days or fewer before the activity date, refunds are not available.
FAQs
How do I find your staff at the airport when I arrive?
BKK (Suvarnabhumi) Airport Gate No 3, DMK (Don Mueang) Airport Gate No 5 for International Arrivals and Gate No 11 for Domestic Arrivals. After receiving your luggage, please proceed to the exit gate. Within the exit gate paging board area, locate your name placard. Once located, you will proceed to the transfer.
How long is the driver going to wait for me?
The driver waits for you 1 hour for an international flight and 30 minutes for a domestic flight. The wait time from the hotel to other transfers is 15 minutes. There is an additional 400 baht per hour fee for taxi waiting times.

Our prices are final, including all fees. some extra charge apply if
1. If you stop your vehicle for personal reasons like eating, shopping, or the like, there will be (Min. charges 400 THB Per Hour) apply
2. Any additional baggage extra charges apply
3. Extra charges apply for areas outside of the selected areas.
4. Additional waiting times for taxis are charged at 400 baht per hour

The company is never responsible for a missed flight; it is the responsibility of the clients to know what time the flight departs and book pick-up well in advance.
