Usage validity
- Use your voucher on the selected date
Voucher Type
- Present your printed or mobile voucher at Activity Counter
Pick Up Information
- Operator will reconfirm your pick-up time in advance
- Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
- Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time
- Pickup Facilities only available if you Selected Private transfer or transfer is includes in Package
- Shared transfers are available until 4 p.m.; after that, they are not, so please make your reservation accordingly

Confirmation Voucher
- Upon successful booking, the customer will receive a confirmation voucher via email and WhatsApp immediately.
Alternate Scheduling
- If the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule will be arranged based on the customer’s preference.
- A new confirmation voucher will then be sent via email.
100% Refund
- Cancellations made 4 days or more before the activity date are eligible for a full refund.
Date Change Option
- For cancellations made 3 days or fewer before the activity date, refunds are not available.
- However, customers can opt to reschedule the activity to a new date (subject to availability).
