It’s one other example of a postcard-perfect beach, with some distinctive rock formations. On one end of the beach, you may have an erect phallic formed rock jutting skywards and on the opposite end, there's a cave half hidden below a towering wall. Sharp cliffs within the background attract many rock climbers, and the quiet emerald bay waters mean both snorkeling and swimming are nice at this beach. However Phra Nang also affords nice opportunities for trekking into the lush rainforest and up to Tham Phra Nang Nok referred to as Princess Cave, well-known for its fertility shrine that may only be reached after a steep hike up holding on to ropes. It's extra popular and busier than Railay West throughout high season (Nov- April).
