my parents had a trip to Dubai and I wanted to surprise them with some tour package. I live in the US so i reached down to this agency and they provide me everything with awesome customer service. the booking fee went through the Paypal by me and the driver showed up every time for picking up my parents. they answered all my question pretty quick. Very smooth process and no problems. I strongly recommend their services to my friends and family.. Phi Phi island and 4 island was just amazing for stay whole day.. spend day at these place and you can choose many water activities. We had a wonderful time at the hotel. Comfortable beds, clean bed sheets and linen, neat bathroom and a cozy balcony. Loved the food and the small private beach right in front of the hotel. a wonderful view. I felt the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Definitely recommended for the budget conscious tourist. My stay at Arena Beach has been wonderful. I will definitely come back to this hotel. See you soon !!
