I did not know this travel agent before and as I had found them on Internet, I was a little worried about whom they were and what was to happen. I was asked to pay a sum upon booking, they have a good method of online payment. But god's grace everything was well organized, they made a very good trip for us. It has been a great experience traveling with Tng holidays, by the way, this is the second time traveling with you, I must say that all my booking and services were taken care of and it was a very safe, smooth and easy-going tour without any hassle as the tour was well-organized, the tour operator was very supportive, communicative and helpful always asked us from time to time that we get everything as per the package... I must say that if you are planning for a Thailand trip without thinking twice you can go with this company... No worries at all about anything you just enjoy the tour to the fullest...The requirement was provided as per our needs, Good hotels with great service and delicious breakfast were served, We really enjoyed visiting the island which we had a nice leisure time there, adventurous watersport activities, exciting city tour with lots of amazing sightseeing. Really everything was perfectly planned and real value for money.

All hotels and transportation arrangements were up to the mark. From booking of trip to the end of trip process is smooth. All the hotels we stayed was very hygienic and well maintained..
