I was asked to pay a sum upon booking, they have a good method of online payment. But god's grace everything was well organized, they made a very good trip for us. We booked with tng holidays. Every detail starting with choices of hotels and tours, dates - was taken into consideration with a lot of excellent advise from them. All the inclusions were amazing and we did not face any issues in an unknown Country. I must say all other renowned tour and travels companies hide few things from customers that we come to know when we actually witness it. But tng Holidays kept all the things transparent from beginning to end of our trip. Hotels that were given to us were brilliant. Food was amaging. At one time, i did not feel that i am miles away from my country. All transfers were so comfortable. Dhow cruise was good. Desert Safari was excellent. We had day each for sight seeing in Dubai city tour, which covered all beautiful places. Overall I am satisfied with our tour.
