Scenic beauty, pleasant weather and friendly people. Excellent customer service. every day was amazingly pleasant day, very appreciable tour.. An island resort with top hospitality and amazing ambience to spend vacation...staff is very property...the resort has best location for photography...also the buffet at Bageecha restaurant was great.. In short too good holiday.

This experience made my Pattaya visit the most memorable one. we stay there for 4 night and 5 day every day is well planned. Beautiful show, although I feel it isn't the same as it used to be! This is my second time at Alcazar and the show was just as much fun. the music, the costumes and the dances were still beautiful. and The activities were highly organised with staffs taking care of each tourist personally. There were many activities like Parasailing, Sea walking, Banana boat, Jet ski, Glass boat, etc. nice experience.
