Taken trip from "TNG Holidaysl". The service was excellent. Specifically, Lokesh was were helpful in guidance and provided quick response to all queries instantly. We were on a trip .We enjoyed a lot and the places as given by TT in itinerary was awesome.

I did not know this travel agent before and as I had found them on Internet, I was a little worried about whom they were and what was to happen. I was asked to pay a sum upon booking, they have a good method of online payment. But god's grace everything was well organized, they made a very good trip for us. I had awesome days in Dubai Tours, the workers were very welcoming and warm. they took time to explain and the commentary on the tour was very informative. They weren't boring they made everyone laugh along the way and we were all talking amongst ourselves as though we had all known each other for a long time. it was one of the highlights of my trip and i would definitely go back to them if i return to Dubai :~) well done on the excellent customer service. Good hotel, great transfers, excellent tours! Desert safari was the biggest highlight of our trip. my parents had a trip to Dubai and I wanted to surprise them with some tour package. I live in the US so i reached down to this agency and they provide me everything with awesome customer service. the booking fee went through the Paypal by me and the driver showed up every time for picking up my parents. they answered all my question pretty quick. I loved the online chat on the website. and the surprise was successful :)really thanks to TNG holidays for success my surprised my parents were so happy.

The Hotel was beautiful, nice a clean and the staff were so attentive and polite. The breakfast was interestingly different and the evening Fish basket BBQ was good value.The weather was great: mostly sun, sometime cloudy. it rained only twice but lasted for only 1h. I spent most of the time eating much food as I can! Foods are so cheap and the most important: they taste so good!
