I live in the US so i reached down to this agency and they provide me everything with awesome customer service. the booking fee went through the Paypal by me and the driver showed up every time for picking up my parents. they answered all my question pretty quick. All the inclusions were amazing and we did not face any issues in an unknown Country. I must say all other renowned tour and travels companies hide few things from customers that we come to know when we actually witness it. We had a wonderful time at the hotel. Comfortable beds, clean bed sheets and linen, neat bathroom and a cozy balcony. Loved the food and the small private beach right in front of the hotel. a wonderful view. I felt the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
