All things were take care by them didn't face any challenge. All places was awesome wherever we visited. It was a great experience and in future I always trust on TNG only. Had a wonderful Honeymoon tour with TNG Holidays.. We felt very safe, comfortable and taken good care of. My favorite was rafting, We spend an amazing day trip to the river rafting was awesome. I had an amazing time here and would recommend this place to anyone looking for some family-friendly fun in Krabi. We had a wonderful time at the hotel. Comfortable beds, clean bed sheets and linen, neat bathroom and a cozy balcony. Loved the food and the small private beach right in front of the hotel. a wonderful view. I felt the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Definitely recommended for the budget conscious tourist. My stay at Arena Beach has been wonderful. I will definitely come back to this hotel. See you soon !!

my parents had a trip to Dubai and I wanted to surprise them with some tour package. I live in the US so i reached down to this agency and they provide me everything with awesome customer service. the booking fee went through the Paypal by me and the driver showed up every time for picking up my parents. they answered all my question pretty quick.
