I have just returned from one of the best holidays that I have ever had. Four of us (family members) went (all first timers), and we all fell in love with the place. my parents had a trip to Dubai and I wanted to surprise them with some tour package. I live in the US so i reached down to this agency and they provide me everything with awesome customer service. the booking fee went through the Paypal by me and the driver showed up every time for picking up my parents. they answered all my question pretty quick.
