I did not know this travel agent before and as I had found them on Internet, I was a little worried about whom they were and what was to happen. I was asked to pay a sum upon booking, they have a good method of online payment. But god's grace everything was well organized, they made a very good trip for us. I had awesome days in Dubai Tours, the workers were very welcoming and warm. they took time to explain and the commentary on the tour was very informative. They weren't boring they made everyone laugh along the way and we were all talking amongst ourselves as though we had all known each other for a long time. it was one of the highlights of my trip and i would definitely go back to them if i return to Dubai :~) well done on the excellent customer service. We had a great time in Dubai. Thanks to TNG holidays They gave us a really good service - from fetching us in our hotel up to every destination we've visited. Dubai is indeed a beautiful place and I suggest you take a tour with TNG holidays. They gave us a very outstanding service and patiently waited for us even though we got late coming out of the hotel.
