At the end of the day, my face was smiling enough :-). Full customer support from WhatsApp from main office. Islands are breathtaking. Overall a very good experience. Everything went on as was told, infact on certain tours more was delivered. The only bit about local travel organisers - they should arrange for food keeping in mind all travellers.
